3. What do I need to decide before the meeting?

Before your demo or onboarding call, decide:

We utilize Calendly to book appointments for our clients. You have full control over your availability—you can open your calendar for as many or as few hours per day as you want. If you only want to be available for two hours a day, we can set that up for you.

11. Do I have to provide my own leads?

No! We provide pre-qualified leads from our data sources. However, if you already have leads (from any source), we can filter, nurture, and engage them to maximize conversions.

12. How do the appointments get scheduled?

Once a lead is engaged and pre-qualified, our team books the listing appointment directly on your calendar. You simply show up and close the deal!

13. How many agents will you be working with in my county?

None! This service is exclusive to YOU in your county. We don’t work with multiple agents in the same area, ensuring you have a competitive edge and complete market dominance.

14. What’s the commitment?

There’s no long-term contract required. You can scale up or down based on your needs. The initial contract is for 6 months as there is considerable work that is done to onboard you and your team.

15. Do I have a dedicated caller?

Most of our programs operate as a call-by-committee approach, utilizing highly trained, certified, and top-performing prospectors. However, we do offer custom programs with a dedicated caller—let’s discuss that on our call!
 

16. Will your agents work directly out of my CRM?
We keep our callers focused on what they do best—calling leads and setting appointments. However, we do offer custom programs where a dedicated caller can work directly in your system.

17. Do my callers understand real estate, and will they be overseas?
Our callers are expats who have lived in the U.S., so they are Americanized and highly knowledgeable about real estate. You will never deal with heavy accents or poorly trained overseas reps.

18. Will I have direct access to my caller?
Unless you invest in a dedicated caller, there is no direct access to the prospectors. However, we provide:
