What are the concierge ‘remodel fee’ at stage 2 after the stage 1 closing? OPTIONS:
20% fee: Concierge fee is 20% if our project managers handle everything. This is a discount for CashCPO members - it is usually 25-35%
NO fee: If your seller wants to use their own money on some items this is fine as long as the contractors are licensed.
10% processing: If the agent want to organize the contractors with the sellers, and use Zoom Casa money to fund, they charge a 10% processing fee. This covers the money going out, invoices etc.
